Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of any type of vehicle ( sprinter van, mini bus and motor coach) 72 hours before service date will be no charged . Cancellation less than 72 hours notice client will be charge a 4 hour minimum , less than 48 hours before service date will be charged a 8 hours minimum.

Vehicles scheduled for pick-up in the continental United States, and are scheduled for service less than 24 hours if international, will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the service fee(s). If you do not see your chauffeur, you must call 888-707-6881 or Email info@sfpinnaclelimousine.com to avoid a “No Show” charge which is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus service fee(s).

Airport Arrivals:

For domestic arrivals there is a grace period of 1 hour and for international arrivals there is a 2 hour grace period. If wait time exceeds the grace period the trip will turn into an hourly charge starting from the time of flight arrival. Non-Airport Arrivals: 15 minute grace period. If wait time exceeds the grace period the trip will turn into an hourly charge. The hourly charge will be based upon the vehicle type.

Pinnacle Limousine shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. In situations arising from cancellations and re-bookings, Pinnacle Limousine will do its best to fulfill clients’ needs without interrupting other reservations.

Pinnacle Limousine terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information. Any quotes given are estimates only. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, tolls, parking etc. may apply.

Hourly Charters:

The hours stipulated at the time of booking will be deemed as chargeable hours.
Example: reservation booked for 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM = 8 hours.

If you decide to end the charter early at 2:00 PM, you will still be billed for the full 8 hours as we still have to pay our driver for the full amount of time they were dispatched for.

OVERTIME:

If your charter goes over the requested Drop Off Time, the Overtime rate will apply: If the overtime exceeds 15 minutes, the charge will be for a full 30 minutes. If the overtime exceeds 30 minutes, the charge will be for a full hour.

No Smoking:

All or our vehicles are NON-smoking. If smoking occurs in a vehicle, the service will be terminated, no-refund will be issued and additional fee ($500) will be applied.

Alcohol Policy:

Alcohol is permitted for parties that are 21+. Any parties that have passengers under the age of 21 must not bring alcohol inside the vehicle at any time. Please take note before you prepare. If you have any person in your party under the age of 21, we will not allow any alcohol to enter the vehicle due to liability issue.

Others:

NO DRUGS! Please remember, “If it’s illegal outside the vehicle, then it’s illegal inside the vehicle!” Acceptable and mature behavior (for example, no horse-playing or fighting) is expected of all passengers in the vehicle. This allows the driver to concentrate on operating the vehicle. Hanging out of windows, moon roofs, opening doors, or throwing any type of items and/or trash out the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any of the above listed actions can result in immediate termination of the service with no re-found.

Vomiting/Any type of Bodily Fluid:

Should anyone in your group/party vomit or left any type of bodily fluid inside or on the outside of the vehicles, the Chauffeur shall collect an additional $300 – $1000 fee for cleaning and fumigating proposes at your own discretion.

LOST & FOUND

Pinnacle Limo, Inc. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst using the service, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. Pinnacle Limo
Inc. will keep records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the organizer/booker if an item is left on board a vehicle. If required to ship any lost item(s), IT WILL BE AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.

Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
